What is Charlotte Adventure Boot Camp?
A four-week fitness program led by WITS Certified Personal Trainer and NESTA Certified Adventure Fitness Trainer, Jenny Crow. Every class will be one hour in length. You will be motivated, inspired, and have fun while getting a fantastic workout.
So, what will I get out of it?
Your body will become more fit and toned, and you will greatly increase your energy level and self-confidence! As a particpant you will receive a FREE nutritional seminar and Adventure Boot Camp T-shirt.
Why should I participate?
You will make dramatic improvement in your physical and mental well-being. In addition, you'll meet great people who share your same passion for acquiring a more healthy mind and body. You will be finished with your training before the rest of the world has even gotten started!
What if I'm not very physically fit?
NOBODY will be left behind or asked to complete more than they are capable of doing safely. Women of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate. Each day will slightly increase in intensity.
Where is it?
Our 5:30am class will be held at Pineville Lake Park behind Carolina Place Mall unless otherwise noted. Please click here to find a map and directions to the park.
Our 9:30am class will be held at Davie Park off of Rea Road and Pineville Matthews Road.
How often will we meet?
Participants will meet M-W-F for one hour during the four-week program. All participants will be expected to arrive on time. Camp starts promptly at your scheduled time!

What do I need to bring?
An exercise mat, water bottle, small hand weights ( 5-8 lbs.), running shoes, and a sense of adventure! These items can be purchased at any local Target, Walmart, or other sporting goods store.

Expected results when you complete camp are:
Reduction in body fat, greatly improved posture, better relaxation, weight loss, decrease in the midsection, improved endurance, increase in strength, and 100% gain in self-confidence.
